Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 bag Tater Tots
    salt and pepper seasoning to taste
    1/4 c. chopped onion (optional)
Preparation
    In a 13 x 9-inch baking pan, arrange in layers.
    Pat uncooked ground chuck in bottom of baking pan.
    Sprinkle salt and pepper seasoning.
    Pour cheddar cheese soup (undiluted) on top of this, then add cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) on this.
    Sprinkle onion over all and top with Tater Tots.
    Cover completely.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 6 servings.
