Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water
2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 pkg. strawberry jello
2 pie shells
1 qt. fresh strawberries
Cool Whip
Preparation

Bake pie shells until golden brown. Cut strawberries into bite size pieces.
Mix water, sugar and cornstarch together. Bring to a thick boil. Remove from heat. Stir in jello.
Place strawberries into baked pie shell. Cover with glaze mixture. Allow pies to set 3 to 4 hours. Top with Cool Whip.
