Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. yellow squash
1 green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 small can green chilies, chopped
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. pimentos
Preparation

Chop squash, pepper and onion and simmer 10 minutes; drain. Add mayonnaise, grated cheese and chilies, then add egg and pimentos.
Mix all together and put in buttered casserole. Sprinkle top with cracker or bread crumbs and drizzle with butter on top.
Bake 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
