Mixed Pickle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. ripe cucumbers
    2 Tbsp. pickling salt
    2 medium onions, sliced
    2 sweet peppers, sliced
    2 c. lima beans
    1 c. white vinegar
    2 tsp. celery seed
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Peel cucumbers and cut into chunks.
    Mix with salt.
    Cover with water.
    Let stand 2 hours, drain.
    Cook remaining ingredients in large pan.
    Add cucumbers and cook until tender. Pack in hot jars and seal.
    Process in hot water 10 minutes. Yields 4 pints.
