Chicken Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. steamed rice
1 egg
1 whole chicken breast
1/2 c. carrots, fine cut
1 stalk green onion
1/2 c. green peas
5 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. Accent
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame seed
Preparation
-
Marinate chicken with 1 teaspoon soy sauce and 1 teaspoon cornstarch.
Remove all bone and skin from chicken breast.
Cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
Marinate for 10 minutes.
