Sweet Potato Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cubed, cooked sweet potatoes
    1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
    1 pkg. (10 1/2 oz.) miniature marshmallows
    4 red apples, chopped
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 carton (12 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
    3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Preparation
    In a large bowl, gently toss first six ingredients.
    Combine whipped topping and mayonnaise; fold into fruit mixture.
    Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
    Makes 32 servings.
