Hickory Log Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp. celery salt
1/2 Tbsp. red pepper
2 1/2 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
1 Tbsp. cumin
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
3 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
Preparation
-
Soak meat in vinegar for 10 to 15 minutes.
Mix dry ingredients and put on both sides of meat before grilling.
Cook on barbecue grill on slow fire.
