Green Chili And Tomato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. lemon jello
1/2 c. diced celery
1 1/2 c. hot water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes and green chilies
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Add salt, tomatoes and green chilies; cool.
Add celery and green pepper.
Pour mixture into gelatin mold.
Refrigerate.
Serve with lettuce and mayonnaise, if desired.
