Company Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. cooked cubed peeled potatoes
    1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) sour cream
    1 1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese, divided
    1/2 c. shredded carrot
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, sour cream, 1 c. cheese, carrot, onion, parsley, salt, dill, and pepper. Transfer to a greased 8 inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with the paprika and remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25-35 minutes or until bubbly.
