Chicken Pougui (Pookee) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 Tbsp. dry white wine
    1/3 c. cream of chicken soup
    1/3 c. half and half
    4 boneless chicken breast halves, skinned
    1/2 Tbsp. dried thyme, crumbled
Preparation
    Melt 1 tablespoon butter with oil in heavy large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and thyme; saute until soft, about 4 minutes. Add wine and cook until reduced in half.
    Add soup and half and half. Stir until heated.
