Apple Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon or lime gelatin
    1 c. boiling broth
    1 tsp. onion juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. chopped apple
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 c. diced chicken
Preparation
    Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water until softened; add hot broth, onion juice, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Stir until gelatin dissolves.
    Pour into mold; chill until thick.
    Stir in pimento, celery and chicken.
    Chill until firm.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
