Mexican Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 can kidney beans (with juice)
1 lb. cheese, grated
1 bag nacho cheese chips, crushed
3 green onions, chopped
2 large tomatoes, diced
lettuce
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine chips, cheese, onions, tomatoes and lettuce.
Combine cooked and drained ground beef with the kidney beans.
Warm.
Combine chips, cheese, onions, tomatoes and lettuce mixture with ground beef and kidney beans and mix well.
Can be served with picante sauce.
