Danish Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cucumbers
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
parsley (optional)
Preparation

Cut cucumbers into thin slices (can be done with a potato peeler).
Chop parsley and put over cucumbers.
Mix vinegar, sugar and salt until sugar is dissolved.
Add a little water (this will depend on how strong you like the liquid).
Pour over cucumbers and mix.
Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
