Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
    1 can creamed corn
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Saute green pepper, onion and paprika in 2 tablespoons of butter until tender.
    Add egg and beat.
    Add creamed corn and 1/2 cup crumbs, salt and pepper to taste.
    Layer in a 1 1/2-quart casserole, starting with broccoli, then half corn mixture and 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
    Repeat to get two layers.
    Top with other 1/4 cup crumbs and remaining tablespoon of butter, melted.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
