Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
1 c. onion, chopped
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. cheese, grated

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into greased skillet. Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until done in center.
Serves 7 to 8.
