Flank Steak Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. ginger
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 finely chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    3/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Place flank steak in a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
    Combine all ingredients and pour over steak.
    Place in refrigerator and allow to marinate overnight, turning several times.
    Excellent for barbecue; best if medium-rare.
    Slice meat on the diagonal before serving.
