Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 small onion (chopped)
    1 cup grated cheese
    3/4 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 stick butter (sliced)
    pepper
    salt
Preparation
    Alternate layers of raw potatoes, onions and cheese in a shallow casserole dish. Pour milk and soup over layers. Add butter, salt and pepper. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
