Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. celery, diced
1 c. mayonnaise or 1/2 c. cream of chicken soup and 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 tsp. grated onion (optional)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. shredded cheese
potato chips
Preparation

Mix together all but cheese and potato chips.
Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover top with 1/2 cup shredded cheese and crushed potato chips.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 6.
