Apple Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. softened butter
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix (with pudding in it)
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1 (20 oz.) can sliced apples, well drained
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sour cream
    2 egg yolks
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut butter into dry cake mix until crumbly.
    Mix in coconut.
    Pat mixture lightly into ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan building up slight edges.
    Bake 10 minutes.
    Place apple slices on warm crust, sprinkling with mixed sugar and cinnamon.
    Blend sour cream and egg yolks.
    Drizzle over top. Bake about 25 minutes, or until apples or edges are lightly browned.
    Do not overbake.
    Serve warm or cooled.
