Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar; add oleo and egg yolks; beat well and add buttermilk and vanilla.
    Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into sugar and egg mixture.
    Pour into 2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
