60 Minute Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. warm milk
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation

On low heat, warm milk, shortening and sugar.
Mix in egg, salt and flour.
Mix well in large bowl.
Let rise 15 minutes.
Work down with wood spoon.
Let rise 15 minutes more.
Shape into rolls and place in a greased pan or muffin tin.
Let rise 15 minutes. Bake in hot 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until done.
