Cranberry Apple Salad Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    2 tsp. cold water
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. fresh cranberries
    1 c. diced apples
    1 c. pecan halves
    1/2 c. diced celery
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in cold water. Combine sugar and water.
    Bring to a
    boil.
    Add cranberries and simmer 20 minutes.
    Remove from heat and stir in softened gelatin until dissolved. Cool and add apples, nuts and celery.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart mold. Chill until firm.
