Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar, packed
5 Tbsp. flour with a few grains salt
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
9-inch pastry shell
Preparation

Mix brown sugar, flour and salt.
Gradually add milk.
Mix well.
Beat egg yolks.
Add.
Cook until thick.
Add butter. Swirl on meringue.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
