Cocoa Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. cocoa
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Line 30 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups (or if you prefer a cake, grease and flour a 12-cup Bundt cake pan).
    Beat all ingredients on low speed, scraping bowl constantly, for 30 seconds.
    Beat on high speed, scraping bowl occasionally, for 3 minutes.
    Pour into muffin cups.
    Bake for 20 minutes (40 to 45 minutes for Bundt cake).
    Let cool and then ice with Creamy Cocoa Frosting.
