Salsa Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. tomatoes, chopped & peeled
2 c. seeded chopped green pepper
1 c. seeded jalapeno peppers
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
Preparation
-
Combine ingredients, bring to boil for 30 minutes in open kettle.
Simmer 20 minutes. Put in jars and process for 20 minutes in boiling water.
