Finger Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Combine milk and egg.
    Beat slightly.
    Add dry ingredients slowly, mixing each addition very thoroughly to prevent lumps.
    Cut steak in 1-inch cubes.
    Deep-fry at 325\u00b0 for 5 minutes until brown.
