Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Pour margarine over oatmeal in mixing bowl.
Sift dry ingredients and mix with oatmeal.
Beat egg and add.
Add vanilla, blending into mixture.
Add pecans.
Cover cookie sheet with foil and drop by 1/2 teaspoonfuls.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool before removing from foil.
