Marinated Potato And Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon
    1 1/2 lb. small new potatoes, cooked and cubed (about 4 c.)
    1 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms (about 4 oz.)
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1/3 c. sliced celery
Preparation
    In a large, shallow dish, combine oil, lemon juice, mustard, sugar and bouillon; mix well.
    Add potatoes, mushrooms, celery and onions.
    Cover; marinate in refrigerator 3 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
    Makes about 5 cups.
