Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pkg. Bisquick
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. blueberries
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease muffin tins.
    Combine Bisquick and 1/4 cup sugar in bowl.
    Make a \"well\" in center of mixture. Add sour cream and egg.
    Beat with a fork until well combined. Fold in blueberries with rubber scraper.
    Scoop 1/4 cup batter into each muffin cup (12 muffins).
