Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix together 1 package dry yeast and 1/2 cup warm water; set to side.
    Beat together the sugar, 1/2 cup hot water, the salad oil and salt.
    Cool and stir in the egg and yeast mixture.
    Add 2 cups flour; beat until smooth.
    Add 1 cup flour with spoon.
    Let raise in bowl until twice its size (1 to 2 hours).
    Roll into small balls, then put 2 per muffin tin.
    Let raise 3 hours, covered. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
