Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. raw, grated, peeled zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine egg, oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla; mix well.
    Sift flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and baking powder together.
    Add to zucchini; mix well.
    Stir in chopped nuts.
    Grease and flour 2 bread loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
