Almond Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 cup slivered, blanched almonds
    1 cup lite Italian dressing
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
    1/4 cup red pepper, finely chopped
    1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
    3/4 tsp garlic seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Marinate chicken breast at least 1 hour, but preferably overnight in 3/4 cup of the Italian dressing.
    Cook chicken in oven approximately 45 minutes.
    Chop coarsely.
    Mix chicken with almonds, remaining dressing, mayonnaise, celery, red pepper, green onions, and garlic.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
