Double Chocolate Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. plain fat-free yogurt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 egg whites
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    vegetable cooking spray
    1/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl; beat with mixer at medium speed until well blended. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; stir well. Add to sugar mixture; beat just until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour mixture into a 9-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes; remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate morsels. Let stand 3 minutes or until morsels soften; spread over brownies using a knife. Let cool on a wire rack. Makes 16 brownies.
