Ground Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    8 large potatoes, diced
    1 large onion, chopped
    6 carrots, sliced
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown ground chuck and drain any fat.
    Put in diced potatoes, chopped onions and carrots.
    Reduce heat and cover.
    Let simmer about an hour, stirring occasionally.
