Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce
1 head cauliflower
1 medium onion
1 lb. bacon
1/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
Preparation

Break lettuce into bite size pieces into a flat container. Cut up cauliflower and sprinkle over lettuce. Dice onion and sprinkle next. Spread salad dressing over all. Sprinkle sugar next over all, followed by the Parmesan cheese.
Fry bacon crisp and break into small pieces. Sprinkle over the salad.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Makes an 8 1/2 x 13-inch pan. Will keep several days refrigerated.
