John Davis' Shrimp Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. macaroni, cooked al dente
1 lb. cooked and peeled shrimp
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
dash of cayenne pepper
5 Tbsp. butter
3 c. milk
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 1/2 c. American cheese, grated
Preparation
-
Saute celery and onion in butter.
Add milk, flour, salt, pepper, red pepper and cheese.
Save 1/4 cup for top.
