Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large zucchini
    Mozzarella cheese, grated
    Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 to 4 pods garlic
    oregano to taste
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Boil zucchini for 15 to 20 minutes until soft.
    Dish out zucchini from skin.
    Melt butter in a large skillet.
    Mash zucchini with fork and drain. Saute onion in butter until soft. Mix in zucchini, salt and pepper to taste.
    Sprinkle oregano to cover mix.
    Add Parmesan cheese to taste (3 to 4 tablespoons). Add approximately 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese and garlic to taste. Stuff shells by layering zucchini and Mozzarella cheese. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until brown on top.
