Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
    2 pkg. taco seasoning
    3 small cans tomato sauce
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick margarine
    2 pkg. tortilla chips
    1 lb. Longhorn cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Brown hamburger with onion and pepper; drain.
    Add seasoning, tomato sauce and 3 cans water and bring to a boil.
    Add bouillon cubes and flour.
    Add margarine.
    Stir until smooth.
    In a baking pan layer tortilla chips, meat mixture and then top with cheese. Repeat layers and bake until cheese melts.
    Serve with lettuce, tomatoes and tortilla chips.
