Six Layer Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 medium potatoes, diced
3/4 c. celery, diced
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 pkg. frozen peas, corn, or beans
1 c. tomato sauce (plus catsup to cover top)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Layer ingredients as listed in 2 quart casserole.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over each layer.
(Can season the ground beef while browning it.)
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 in conventional oven or microwave until potatoes are done.
