Fried Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. Pet Milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients and cut in shortening.
    Beat egg with Pet Milk and add to flour mixture.
    Mix really good. Wrap in wax paper.
    Chill in refrigerator overnight.
    Pinch off size ball you want to make pie; roll it out and put filling on one half being sure not to get to the edge.
    Fold other part over and press together with a fork to seal.
    Fry as you get them ready or freeze for later.
