Olive Nut Sandwich Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. soft cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. salad olives
2 Tbsp. olive juice
dash of pepper
Preparation

Mash the cream cheese with fork.
Add mayonnaise and blend well.
Stir in pecans, salad olives, olive juice and pepper.
Mix well.
Filling will be slightly mushy, but refrigerate for a few hours and it will firm to spreading consistency.
Serve on bread, toast, lettuce or crackers.
Can refrigerate for 1 to 2 weeks.
