Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. ground beef
    2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. cream
    1 onion, cut in pieces and cooked
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Blend all the ingredients and form into four individual portions.
    Fry on both sides to a brown, about 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with gravy.
