Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 can tomatoes
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 pkg. lasagne noodles
    3 c. cottage cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat slowly and spoon off all fat.
    Add the next 7 ingredients.
    Stir well.
    Heat slowly for 45 to 60 minutes.
    The mixture should be thick.
    Prepare lasagne noodles according to package instructions, unless you have made your own.
    Mix next 5 ingredients into bowl.
    Place half of noodles in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Spread half cottage cheese mixture over noodles, half Mozzarella cheese, half meat sauce and repeat layers. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Let lasagne cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
    Serves 10.
