Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 qt. bread crumbs*
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 qt. milk (more if needed, to be real moist)
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon mixed with 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. raisins or coconut or mix together
Preparation

Mix crumbs and milk, let stand for 10 minutes. Add eggs, sugar, melted butter and vanilla. Mix together, then add raisins or coconut. Pour into greased dish, sprinkle with cinnamon mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
