Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 sticks margarine
2 eggs
2 c. powdered sugar
No. 2 can crushed pineapple
bananas
Cool Whip
maraschino cherries
nuts
Preparation

Crush crumbs.
Melt margarine.
Mix and pat evenly into dish. Mix eggs, powdered sugar and 1 stick margarine (at room temperature) and beat until fluffy.
Pour and spread over crust; drain pineapple.
Spread on top of mixture.
Slice and add desired amount of bananas on top of pineapple.
Cover with Cool Whip. Garnish with cherries and nuts.
Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours before serving.
