Cheesecake Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
favorite preserves or jelly
Preparation

Cream the cream cheese with 1 cup sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla.
Pour into 24 paper or foil cupcake cups.
Fill about 1/2 full.
Bake 40 minutes at 300\u00b0. Remove from oven.
