Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. luke warm water
1 pkg. yeast
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Italian seasoning, optional
cornmeal
Preparation

Mix yeast into luke warm water.
Add
oil, salt and sugar; mix in flour, knead and roll out dough.
Sprinkle pizza pans with cornmeal.
Place crusts on pans and sprinkle top of crusts with cornmeal.
Bake crust about 5 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Remove the crust from the oven and add filling.
