Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 tsp. salt
    garlic salt
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sage
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Roll roast in mixture and pound into meat (or use fork).
    Put remaining in bag with roast and 1 cup water.
    Slit top of bag and cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
