Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. very ripe bananas
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Combine softened butter and sugar; beat until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla.
    Combine dry ingredients and add to egg, sugar and butter.
    Fold in mashed banana.
    Bake in muffin tins (any size) at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes in small tins or 25 minutes in big tins.
