Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen has brown potatoes
    1 c. diced onions
    1 can cream chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    8 oz. grated sharp cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes about 30 minutes.
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, sprayed with Pam or greased.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 8.
